Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the CooperVivo website and the following mobile apps: Solitaire Classic Klondike, Domino Journey, Arrows Master, Paws Up! Logic Puzzle, Radio Online and Clockwork (collectively, the "Apps"). By installing or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the relevant App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our apps on your devices for your own non-commercial entertainment.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute our apps, or use them in any unlawful way, except where the law allows otherwise.

3. Ads and third-party services

Some Apps may display advertising or use third-party services for analytics, diagnostics, audio/radio streaming, or platform functionality. The services used vary by App and version and are governed by the relevant providers’ terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

4. Your content

Certain App features may let you choose or provide content, such as an image used for customization. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to use any content you provide. The availability and handling of such features vary by App.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, their design, and their original content belong to CooperVivo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials used in the apps remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that saved data (such as statistics) will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CooperVivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the apps or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them.
